Mount Hoffman in Yosemite National Park overlooks May Lake. May Lake is a very popular High Sierra camp because it is so easy to get to and requires very little hiking work.

Climbing to the top of Mount Hoffman is great fun and the snow field on top makes for good sport and activity. The views from each side of the mountain are totally different and they are some of the best scenery in Yosemite's high country.

This is the easiest mountain in Yosemite National Park to climb. If you want to conquer your first peak this may be just right for you.
